assist under privileged children in the third world.

Ulrich F. Ackermann, Member of the Board of Directors of TRANSEARCH International
Partners and Managing Partner, TRANSEARCH International Deutschland spearheads this
project.

He shares his vision behind the undertaking: "For over 26 years my wife and I have
been sponsoring children in third world countries. In the last couple of years I had
an idea that we should create something that could have a stronger and longer
lasting impact on a community and established our own foundation as a start.

I thought that the 25th anniversary of TRANSEARCH is the perfect occasion to launch
the charity through a major donation. All proceeds from our charity activities will
be channeled to the foundation, which gives us a chance to introduce extra projects
every other year. The whole foundation is rooted in the support of TRANSEARCH staff
members, who contribute to the fund on a personal level. I believe that we are all
pleased to be able to give something back to the community!

The first project entails building a school 100km from Hanoi in Vietnam. The whole
project is under the umbrella of Child Fund International. At first the school will
accommodate 70 children and 5 teachers. The aim is to ensure better lives for needy
children through our support."
